To be fair, I visited the one in New Orleans 2 weeks before Katrina and had a blast there on a Monday night when it was totally deserted and got a tour from the staff. It was kickin'. Cheeseburger in paradise really was paradise!\r

The one in Vegas is cavernous compared to NOLA. Sat at the tables made of fishing boats but had to sit in front instead of the preferred spot in back. Cheeseburger was good but not as good as NOLA. \r

Still, it was coool and we spent a ton of coin in the gift shop.
