I paid approx $3600 for this rental only to discover upon arrival that the place was filthy, dirty clothes in the bedroom, empty drink bottles on the floor, leather couch had a dirty film on it with what appered to be dried body fluid on one of the cushions, body hair in the bathtub and on the bathroom floor, beer caps were strown about the property and in the pool, and hazardous chemicals were left sitting by the pool(we had four small children). The living room fan was broken revealing electrical wires. The outside was unkept, an outside refrigerator contained sand, the yard had not been mowed, and the advertised grill on premises was half standing. The management was uncooperative, refused to refund our money, refused to locate another place for us. I have filed a small claims suit against them with the outcome pending.
