Universals advertisements are completely false. This place is a total pit. The fencing is dangerous. The stalls are very small with poor ventilation, and are not cleaned properly. Footing in all the arenas is hard and not well maintained. There is no turn out. There are large rodents in the barns. I have seen them with my own eyes. The owner is a liar and cheat. It is not a place to board your horse or leave your horse for training if you truly care about your horse. The place is a total dive. Oh one more thing the rest room is so freaking gross. In two months of going there it was never cleaned at all!
