I was a first timer at Cloud 9 and was a little nervous about getting my hair done by someone new. I went in to get a cut and highlights. I took a picture of the haircut I wanted and it came out exactly how I wanted. I was very happy with the results and the price is very reasonable as well! All the staff is very friendly and very easy to talk to and get along with. If your looking for a new place to get your hair done go to Cloud 9 and ask for Rebecca or Amber!
