Landlords leave you alone, but are available if you have a need such as maintenance.\r
If you prefer special amenities and a trendy feel, this is not the place for you due to the lack of pool/exercise facilities/etc.\r
Our security deposit of $200 was refunded within a few weeks of having moved out.\r
Having lived there for three years, my wife and I were very pleased and offer a high recommendation to future tenants. Our neighbor had lived there for 35 years and had made it her own home for life.\r
