Perhaps the worst customer service experience I've ever had. It took 2 months to get 2 pair of glasses (after several problems, bad lenses, scratched frames..etc) They broke the end of the temple on a pair of glasses that I brought them to get new lenses for and wouldn't take responsibility for it (""it just fell off""). One of their solutions was to glue the part of the temple back on. I finally settled for a credit on them after weeks of negotiation. \r

They gave me glasses twice with defects in the lenses....no quality control.\r

I just stopped back in to check on the ""scratch warranty"" on 1 of the pairs I bought and was informed that it was out of warranty because they ordered the original lenses on Sept 26th, even though the glasses weren't available to me until november. \r

As I said....No sense of personal or proffesional responsibility.
Cons: No sense of responsibility, poor customer service, no quality control
