I took my Sony Trinitron in to have them look at it. They listened carefully to me as I described the problem. A few days later they called to describe the fix and the repair amount, a reasonable figure. Within five days I had a television that was working again and it's been over a week since it's been back and absolutely not a hint of the former problem remains, so these good folks at Aiken really know their stuff. NIce folks, competent, responsive and do the job. What else could you ask for? If you have a TV problem, I'd highly recommend them
