Apparently here at Taglio, the client is to blame for all hair mistakes. My colorist fried my hair to the point that it was melted!! Then had the stylist cut off the damage, about 3 inches of length. When I got home my hair was breaking and I found burns on my scalp. When I called the next day, they said I could come in for a deep conditioner for another $40. When I talked to the manager she was nice at first, then when she talked to the cororist It turned into it being my fault. You know what, I know bleaching your hair can be damaging, but plenty of Scottsdale women bleach their hair and don't spend the night crying about the hair that is falling out on the pillow. There is no excuse for doing that to a persons hair, none. Then making them feel like it was their fault is just plain wrong. Shame on you Taglio! You may be hearing from my attorney soon.
