I took my yorkie here after hearing good things about the groomers. When I brought her in they seemed nice and asked questions about what I wanted done. I came back three hours later and my poor baby was BALD! They said she had knots. I brush her out everyday with a comb and make sure I get down to the skin so I KNOW she isn't matted. When I told them this they said that she was naughty (again I brush her everyday so I know she isn't, plus other groomers have always complemented me on how well behaved she is) When she saw me she was so excited and when the lady tried to pet her she shied away, which she never does as she loves people. When I got her home and looked her over she had red marks on her belly and I called back and they were VERY rude to me. They said my dog was "very uncooperative" About 8 weeks later I took my dog to a different groomer and told her what the previous groomer had said about her being naughty. When I picked her up from that groomer she said that my dog was a perfect angel and that the other groomer must have been being mean or lying about my dog. I would never again take my dog there or recommend them to anybody else!
Pros: They sell good pet food.
Cons: Rude and lie to customers
