We moved in to Canyon Creek with great hopes, the apartments were spacious and beautiful. What we did not know is that for the huge complex, there was only ONE maintenance guy. Not only that, but their management was never there. We put in a service request because our Oven would not turn off at the source, (we had to turn it on and off at the breaker) being that it was a FIRE HAZARD, we expected a quick response; 6 MONTHS later, and numerous requests later, still no response. We have had a horrible experience with their untrained and unprofessional management. We paid our rent on time, even early, and we got poor service. We expected more from an Archstone Community. I guess we were wrong. For the price of the rent we were paying, It sure was not reflected by their quality and ONE DAY SERVICE GUARANTEE.
Pros: Nice apartments.
Cons: poor management and service. Very un-friendly staff.
