Went to order wedding flowers and I was put on hold for at least 10 minutes until they brought to the phone someone they called their specialist in design and flowwers. This women was rude and talked down to me. I couldn't begin to tell how rude. I told her she needed to find another job and hung up. I called another florist who was HAPPY TO TAKE MY ORDER. It was a $500.00 dollar order by the way.
Cons: rude, poor customer service,Made me feel stupid for wanting the flowers I wanted.
