I've been going to the institute for over a year now, and they have you sign a bunch of paperwork that says if it doesn't work that they're not responsible. Well, sure enough, it's didn't work. I talked to them about my concerns, and the only solution they had was to keep coming. I don't think a reasonable person would return for treatments and continue to pay on a service that wasn't working right?
I do not recommend them for your laser hair removal. I went to them, even though they are drastically more expensive, because it's at UCLA and they had a great pitch. While, they were great during the treatment, they're follow up and the results are very disappointing.
Pros: Parking on the weekends is easy.
Cons: Doesn't work, no product accountability, no plan for dissatisfied customers
