The "Walleye" that they are so famous for is fake. It is actually a cheap substitute. The fish that they use for the "Walleye" and the "Grouper" is actually the same cheap fish that isn't really either or! But hey don't that stop you from paying $10 dollars for the sandwich or $20 for the dinner that probably costs $1 per fillet. I think its pretty low lying to the customers that they serve.
