I am a female college student from california, and I took my car to Ryan Imported three times in the summer of 2007. I am not very knowledgable about cars and after the third time, it was obvious that I had been taken advantage of. After doing some research, I realized they had charged me 5 hours (!) for what was listed as a one hour job and actually only takes about 20 minutes. I disputed the charges and they cut my bill by 50% but I still ended up stopping the payment through my credit card (they had not fixed my car at all) and I assume that the other two times my car went through there I was grossly overcharged. The whole experience was frustrating and humiliating.
Pros: Location! Right in downtown Northampton
Cons: Failed to fix any of the problems with my car and completely overcharged me.
