Most experiences we have had with veterinary offices were positive. The staff was very friendly and caring. They all seemed to be genuine animal lovers. At Wellesley Animal Hospital, the staff is very cold and unfriendly. They do not seem to go out of their way to make your pet feel comfortable in a stressful time for your pet. We have been going here for over 1 year thinking that maybe they were having a bad day but our experience is the same every time we go there. We are looking for a different vet now.
Pros: Parking, convenient location off of Route 9 and Weston Rd.
Cons: Unfriendly staff
