All I can say is WOW! Finally a place you can take your family and enjoy great food and hospitality. Ed and his staff are great. My wife and I eat there at least once a week and since they have opened we have never walked away empty or unhappy. The food is perfect! I recomend the Ahi Tuna! YUM!!!! If you are not into the fish thing,then the Hudson Burger is awsome as well. I think I have tried about 75% of there menu and I can't say that anything I have had I was unhappy about ordering. I highly recommend any body of all ages to eat,drink, and be merry at Hudson's Oyster Bar and Grill! Keep up the good work and I will see you soon!!
