This was my first time using a maid service and I called for a one time cleaning. Although the maids were friendly and thorough, I found the customer service to be lackluster. After missing their first appointment on Saturday morning, I took Monday morning off of work to meet the team who would arrive between 8-9. The dispatch office did not return my call taken by the receptionist. After 2 conversations with the dispatcher, the maids were located and lost in the parking garage. The dispatch office had failed to give the team my entrance directions. The maids did not arrive until 9:40. The team coordinator was unapologetic; however, the owner was understanding and polite. He was willing to compensate me appropriately for the errors.
