This was by far the best auto shop experience I've ever had. Vanessa, Keith, and Michael are all great in customer service. I received an accurate estimate of time it would take to get my car back approximately 30 days. I have been able to check the status of my car daily by logging on to their web site, and seeing the daily pictures of the car, this has both alleviated the stress and anxiety I have felt at other auto shops when you don't hear from them for weeks. They also have a lifetime guarantee for all of their work. I could not have been a happier (unless of course it was to not have a car in the shop at all!!)
