They are trustworthy and honest: they will lay out for you exactly which repairs you need to do, what they will cost, and what issues or maintenance may be coming up in the future but aren't worth spending the money on now. They never push you to make repairs, but give you all the information you need to make your own choices.
Pros: Honest, skilled, trustworthy, excellent service
Cons: You pay more for the quality, but still less than at a dealership
