I wish i could say something positve about my experience about stratos but that's gonna be really hard. while the staff and the owner were polite and all that, the job never really got done. I had to call several times and issue several reminders before someone even looked at my computer. Getting them to give me a status update was even more difficult. My data was never recovered even though i was promised all that. Then i still had to pay for 2 hours of labor and for a new hard drive which i found to be way overpriced. My laptop still does not work well after all the repairs they did to it. The only choice that i was given was that i would be charged another hour of labor for any further diagnostics. So as such i chose to stay away. I for one would not reccomend this business to anyone. I went to User friendly computing after that and they got the job done for me at a very reasonable price and in a very fitting timeframe.
