They have had an antique rocking chair of my wifes for over two years. Every time we call it is just about done. Last time we called, though we were pleasant, we received a curt response saying they would call us when the chair was completed. We have used them in the past for other projects and were extremely happy with the results. We can no longer recommend them to others.
