I've bought chairs, desks, and tempurpedic stuff from them. I had a comparable desk from a corporate supplier and it cost $7,000 but from Relax the Back it was $1,500. \r

Beyond the purchase, their support is unmatched by any other national chain I've worked with. Over the course of a few years, at 2 different times I had a problem with a motorized desks (they move up and down for sitting or standing). They came out to my office to look at it and then when they determined that it needed to be shipped out for repairs they took it and returned it. I never had to pay a dime and it couldn't have been more convenient.\r

Mostly I've dealt with Randy and Dave. They are really nice guys and make it feel like this is a family owned store and not a national chain. I don't usually write reviews, but after a recent excellent support experience I felt I needed to.
