We've been going to Pulcinellas since it opened - its the definition of the ""Neighborhood Italian restaurant"", or as close as you can get in Raleigh. Great service, wonderful homemade dishes - and the pizza is the best. When we can't visit the restaurant, we take out the pizza. Its always the sauce thats make a difference to me at an Italian restuarant - and its the best here. I often order the simplest dishes, like Spaghetti and meat sauce, and I'm never dissapointed.
