The owner and staff of this business are disorganized, confrontational, and lack critical commucation skills and the minimal skills to take care of doggies. Our two dogs were left in the kennel they shared ( a small kennel) for 32 hours before contacting us ( we were out of town) regarding a paperwork omission that I was told was an mistake they had made, and that I had to correct it via fax before they would let our doggies out of they're kennel to be in the open play area. The owner aurgued with me....stating the I was not considered a customer.....and that my doggies would not be released out of the kennel until I corrected the oversight that his staff had made. The minute we could return to Seattle, my husband and I picked up our doggies. This staff and owner displayed Darwinism at it best. \r
I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DOGGIE DAYCARE. \r
