2 years ago I went to Nails 2000+ for an eyebrow waxing. I had been there before and they never did a great job but it was always better than what I could do so I would go. But one day I went in to get an eyebrown wax and the girl waxed off the top half of one eyebrow. It was awful. She went ""ooh no I'm sorry"" and did a really half-assed job the rest of the way and at first I felt really bad for her so I was being nice about it but then she made me get up and rushed me outside as quick as she could so no one would see me and my eyebrow and she told me to just leave and basically threw me out because her manager was right there and walked me outside and like basically pushed me in my car so she wouldn't get in trouble. it was so awful and I had half an eyebrow for a solid 2 weeks. thanks nails 2000+
