I was told by a Crystal in June of 07 that she cannot cash a check if it is dated past the 6th of each month. They can only accept money orders. I went to corporate the next day and paid with a money order. I was told to come and pick up the check it will be in my file. I have not found the time to pick it up and when I checked my bank records, they ended up cashing the check. When I call them they do not show a credit but the rent for July was paid and if they cashed my check there should be a credit. Brittain Commercial does not record how a payment was made and just posts the amount to the apt #. When I was speaking to Shawleen who is the assistant she was extremely rude and not willing to help. When I asked to speak to her supervisor she hung up on me and that was at 4:59pm. Well what do you know,I called back and they had an answering service pick up.
