I lived at the Americana for almost 2yrs. In the beginning the place was great, Sharon, was the nicest office lady and was very responsive to any issues I had. Now, a new management, Prometheus, more like ""con""metheus came in and totally ruined the place. They let go the nicest person and just made the complex a living h*ll. They raised the rent TWICE within 6 months, stopped paying water/gas/garbage/sewer, and quit paying any type of insurance an apartment complex should provide. They require you to buy a 100k min rental insurance policy.
Pros: Cannot think of a single ""pros""
Cons: No Rent Control, Insurance, Management, Amenities, Personnel, Price, etc...
