Nasty customer service. They are nice before they get your money.. once they have it.. you are on your own. They mess up orders, and get annoyed if one calls to find out the situation. I am very surprised at the quality of follow ups.. and customer service responds. They leave much to desired. I am never going back.. that is for sure.
