Having lived in Manhattan for several years, I have used the service of various cleaners and laundry services. Mishaps often happen- a sock or two inevitably does not make it back with the laundry, a button is missing sometimes from the drycleaning. What I experienced at La Moll was nowhere near the usual minor problems: They lost half the clothing they picked up from my building for laundry service and then accused me of lying to them about it! I called everyday for a week and a half and they laughed at me and refused to do anything about it.
Cons: Missing clothing, careless and rude service
