I'd been going to this place about 6 months because I had just moved to the area. They never got my clothes clean. I always noticed stains were never removed even when I pointed it out to them when I dropped my clothes off. I complained to them about it and they kicked me out. They said they didn't want my business anymore. They never took any repsonsibility for their poor service. The mom was the worst. The last time I was there she yelled at me in armenian and told me to leave. I wouldn't send anybody to this place. They are rude and do a poor job. They frequently couldn't get my clothes done on time either.
Pros: none, actually they have a post office there too so I guess if you wanted to mail something this would be a pro.
Cons: rude to non-existent customer service, poor quality, no parking ever.
