This is NOT the Nordstrom of fitness centers and in the neighborhood they are in people are used to being treated better. The staff right now is horrid, I have seen the worst customer service in my life at this fitness center. I left this gym and am now around the corner at Gold's Gym and LOVE it. Gold's is in a great location and it is all I need PLUS I am treated well. Really customer service is the name of the game and this club loses.
Pros: No Pros that I can think of
Cons: No customer service, No towel sevice, No smiles anywhere
