Just as an FYI to my fellow UWSers... perhaps those of you who may also not be very good at returning videos... be forewarned, this place is a complete rip-off. They charge you the nightly fee... continuously.. until they get their videos back. Then, they take it from your credit card account without notifying you. I had three DVDs out and was a week late in returning them (OOPS!) and I was charged a $166 late fee. TOTALLY OUTRAGEOUS!! I guess we know how this guy is competing with Netflix and Blockbuster! The best he was willing to do was credit me with the cost of the videos (less than or equal to $30/video) which would still leave me with a $76 late fee. I'm back to NetFlix - - Champagne Video is a scam.
Pros: none.
Cons: mean staff. ridiculous late fees.
