Although they will return on another day if you find that the service was less than satisfactory, I prefer that it be done right the first time (and I'm not that picky). They frequently ""forgot"" to dust under furniture. Several times the kitchen cabinets were not wiped down. Some rooms seemed to only get spot cleaned. If you can get one crew on a regular basis, you can let them know what you like and it's much better. However, the turnover is high and as soon as you get someone who cleans well, they quit and you start over. Very expensive for what you get.
