Manika is clearly the high maintanence type who probably has never worked in the service industry. I bet she's just as impatient with waitstaff as she is with stylists. It's no wonder she doesn't have a regular stylist. The correct spelling is Shondi, and although I am not a regular client of hers, she has done my hair, both cut and color, on numerous occasions over the past several years. Being a hairstylist myself, I trust few with my magnificent coifs. You didn't even give Shondi a chance. How could you bad mouth someone who never even touched your hair? Shondi takes pride in her work. She is a natural when it comes to doing hair. And you should turn your cell phone off before you enter any establishment! Shondi is a kind, sweet, loving person who listens to her clients' needs and I know that nothing pleases her more than to make people look and feel good. Just remember, a hairstylist is a beautician, not a magician. And no, nobody cares if a crabby apple like you leaves and never comes back. I'm sure Abby found you incredibly unpleasant, because you just sat and complained about Joie de Vie (you obviously don't know what that means). You are just angry with yourself and at the world. Boring, nobody cares! And by the way, little miss rude Manika, you are a terrible speller.
