The sign says "free computer scan" it is not free because he will pull the transmission out without authorization and charge you 400.00-700.00 and if you can not pay it he will place a lein on it and then sell the car without authorization. He doesn't care if the automobile is financed or not. This is FRAUD! if it happens to you, call your finance company and report it, call your local police and report it and call Don Dare at WATE.
