They turned down letting me sign my lease and get an extra 3 days rent and made me move on Monday instead of the Friday before, because the Manager said ""it wasn't her department"", then Monday Morning they told me that I couldn't get the keys until after 3p.m. because they didn't have the room ready. They misspelled my name on the lease! Once I got into the place I found holes in the walls, Broken light bulbs, drawings on the wall in the bathroom, cokroaches all over the place. I called maintanice to check on a high pitch squeal I had been hearing coming from the walls... not only did they not call me to tell me that they couldn't figure that out, but decided to replace some window blinds, using a personal pocket knife of mine, that was left on the coffee table (I found it open beside my bed when I came home) and left the trash in my kitchen for me to clean up. When I went to management the next morning to talk about it, they made excusses that didn't make sense. Talking about how a maintance request takes a day to put in... what does that have to do with them not fixing the problem I called about, and leaving trash in the apartment, and using my personal belinging to do the job? The management team that this establishment has no goal in making a living experance at this place a good one, they are taking whatever money they can, when they can. I wish I hadn't waited until the last minute to find a place. That was the only reason I came to this end.
