You know, I've been going here every week for probably 6 months, 4 dvds a week at $14 dollars is $56 dollars a month. So I guess I feel like I'm a GOOD customer, I'm patient, polite, never complain about late fees... Regardless of this fact, the people that run this place could not be more unfriendly to me. There's the cranky russian guy, who's like, I guess, the kind of ""too cool for school"" video store version of someone who'd work at the music store in High Fidelity. He's so abrupt and unfriendly, you almost feel like apologizing for making him ring you up. And then there's the middle aged unhappy black man. Why is this man so miserable? GOD he must hate working here and he sure passes it on to the customer. It's called customer service, and it's not rocket science. I give friendly service at my job. These pathetic schlebs can at least muster a half smile!!! They need to lay off the Bergman films or something!!! While I'm at it, I may as well mention, they apparently haven't changed the speakers for the stereo since 1985. All the business they get and they can't bother to buy a new stereo. I'm taking my business elsewhere...
