My parents were visiting from Atlanta last week and i decided to take them to Tart. The atmosphere was so cute. The cabanas outside were so cozy (even though our heater didn't work). The portions were huge, and the food was delicious. The only downside was the bartender. My fiance thought it was hard to believe she works for tips. She had a snotty attitude and bad mouthed the management to us. It was very awkward. Luckily we were only at the bar for 1 drink. After my parents got there, we went to our table outside and the service was great. Our waitress made good suggestions and was very sweet. My mom had the pan roasted chicken. I didn't try it, but she loved it. I had a salmon salad...that was amazing. I suggest ordering a side of Mac n Cheese for the table. They bring out the cutest little cornbread appetizer too. Bottom line: Great food, great waitress, just don't hang at the bar while you're waiting for your party to show up
Pros: great food, great waitress
Cons: bartender
