I used to frequent this joint during my younger college days. They were fast, considerate, and their food was excellent. After they changed managment a couple of years ago, I was sceptical about the menu changes, especially to my all time favorite dish, the pad thai. I got used to it. Recently, I went in and was REFUSED service as a paying customer because I wanted to sit outside and eat. It seems these seats were reserved for larger parties (say 2 or more as I was to witness). I drove out of my way to get to this restaurant. You can imagine my astonishment. I talked with the manager. She was more than unfriendly. I have choicier words, but they are inappropriate for what I am trying to convey. Not only has the food become below par, but the service is absolutely reprehensible. I will never be going back there, and this saddens me because it was a place I used to love.
Pros: Food is the only saving grace
Cons: Service, Menu Changes, Seating arrangements. Management
