After being a long time customer of the Top Hat Cleaners on I-35 & Parmer (H.E.B. shopping center), I had a bad experience today that I still can't believe. I dropped off my clothes at 9am because I needed same day service. I usually don't cut it this close on the pick up ; however, knowing they close at 7pm I made one stop before getting to the store at 6:50. I walked up to the door and it was locked. I looked at my cell phone and it was 6:52. There was a young man and young woman standing behind the counter, and they refused to let me into the store. If they close at 6:50 then they should post that on the outside of the door. I had a very serious reason I needed same day service, and now have to suffer the consequences. For this reason, they have lost a loyal customer, and I cannot recommend this store to anyone who cares about good customer service.
