Full of themselves\r \r Dining room for dinner was as expected for this price point but not so grand as to allow them the pretension they indulge in. Room was also adequate, but nothing special for the price point. \r \r Customer service at the front desk is lacking. We were not told at checkin that we should reserve a time for breakfast. When we tried to get in for breakfast the next seating available was 90 minutes from the current time. The front desk offered ""lunch"" upstairs but would not do further. After dropping $600 for dinner and lodging I would have expected more in compensation for their error. Will not be returning. The training level of their front desk staff is not up to standard. Will definitely not be recommending to friends and associates. Cons: poor customer service more
