I took a purse to have the zip repaired a few days ago. I spoke to Johnny. I showed the work that needed to be done. He said it would probably be about $20-25 at the most. \r
I asked if they had any coupons as that seemed high since I had only spent $50 on the purse. He said that there might be some in the Entertainment book. The coupon said luggage but that he would do the discount for me anyway. I went home to get the coupon and returned a couple of days later. \r

This time, Johnny said it would be about $50 and that he would not take the coupon. I reminded him he had said otherwise a couple of days before. He said if I did not like it, I could go else where, but that they were the only shoe repair places around. <''So good luck!!"?> \r
The service I received was the worst I have received in a long time. They can charge anyone what they like as there is so little competition for repair shops. \r
I would not recommend them!
