We have been to the one in Seattle. That one is wonderful. Good food, good service, great atmosphere. We went to this one and were disappointed. The hostesses were rude, the waitress was lazy and took 20 minutes to get us some cocktail sauce, and it wasn't that busy, the food was awful (the crab was obviously reboiled numerous times, the corn was undercooked and the shrimp were rubbery). If you want the real experience of the CrabPot, go to the one in Seattle. Avoid this one at all cost. It isn't worth the time, the effort or the money. If you are looking for crab in Long Beach...just go to Joe's Crab Shack up the road....AVOID THIS RESTAURANT
