On a Tuesday night I called to schedule an appointment for Saturday morning. Wednesday morning I called to cancel the service because we were going to be out of town unexpectedly. The lady who answered said that was fine and if I was in need of service in the future she'd be happy to help. I just got my credit card bill for $120!!!!!!!!! There was no mention of a cancellation policy and over 72 hours is plenty of notice, expecially when the reservations were made 12 hours earlier. They have not returned any of my calls since I received the bill. Even if they end up dropping the charge (which they should), it doesn't change the fact that they are not competent enough to cancel the charge when the service is cancelled. I will NEVER use them.
