I was new in the area, and my neighboard told me that there was a nail lady that she met in Mexico that worked there. I did an appointment with her because we are from the same city in Michoacan. I was really unhappy, because she didn't showed up, and this lady, Nicole decided to do my nails, she made me wait almost 45 minutes because she told me she was with another client, but spent almost all the time on the phone. She did a horrible job, didn't wear gloves, didn't wash her hands, she was rude and almost degrading me because I have an accent. I ended up letting her work on 2 nails and it was hurting so bad that I told her to stop and decided to go somewhere else. She gave me an attitude, yell at me and she even cursed to me in a broken spanish (called me, pinche vieja). I might be from Michoacan, Mexico, but I'm a human being and a customer, I deserve to be respected.
Don't recommend this place at all, Nicole is not friendly or even professional!
