i'm not so easy to please when it comes to haircuts because i never want my hair SHORTER i just want it BETTER. Jon at bubbles in towson listened, gave me advice on what he thought should happen to my hair, showed me how much he had cut off right away so i could say yes or no... i was made comfortable every step of the way. the result was better than i had even expected when i walked in, and i felt like a million bucks because finally a hairstylist listened to me and did what i wanted instead of just whatever.
Pros: great service, great haircut, great atmosphere, nice folks, young stylists
Cons: it's in the mall which could be good or bad i guess
