Now I know why my husband calls them ""Dumb Lumber""----- they're a waste of time! They never have anything you need, even when their website states they do. The service is HORRIBLE, what a bunch of slack-jawed Cletuses! They sit on their butts on those stools behind that counter, too lazy to show you where anything is, as if they're busy. They always have more staff than customers in there. The last time I went in I asked for gutter screws. The first employee walked me to one of the counter guys to ask him. The second guy didn't even speak at first--- he just had his mouth gaping open and slowly shaking his head ""no""! When I replied that the website said they carried it, he just said, ""we can order it."". WTF?! I can order it online, too! DON'T BOTHER GOING TO DUMB LUMBER! THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON-EXISTENT AND THEY NEVER HAVE ANYTHING YOU NEED! It's unfortunate that I have to give business to corporate giants like Lowe's, because they always have what you need. Mark, wake up and pay attention to your shop, it's deficient in service and product.
