Charlie is THA BEST! I have long, thick, straight brown hair that I used to be so nervous about trimming but over the past 2 years he has both calmed my fears about cutting sometimes inches off at a time and gently moved my style forward. I trust Charlie so much that the last time I was there contemplating long bangs and a shorter length over all, I said to him, "Whatever I'm saying, go more because I know we should," and then I just sat back and enjoyed my red wine which he worked his magic. He always does a great job and I never doubt his judgment. By the way, Charlie also gives the best scalp massage in the world! He has my highest recommendation!
