I purchased a diamond engagement ring in 2003, the diamond cracked and we found out it was not set properly. When I returned to the store to have it fixed, I was told it would be very expensive to fix. I have never heard of anyone else having a diamond chip like that, even after wewaring it 20 years. I spoke to other people about it and was told that they should not have charged me to fix it and that they should have stood behind the quality of their diamonds. There were a couple of employees that were very very rude. I told them I would never do business with them again and the manager laughed at us and basically told us ""too bad"". I have never received such poor customer service. I felt completely taken advantage of by this company and will never return. I guess they dont care if they lose customers.
