I give it 2 stars because the cookies are amazing, but the staff is ditzy as heck and sometimes the wait can be sooooooo long you feel like Rip Van Winkle when you finally get your order, while the whole time you waited, half the staff was shooting the breeze rather than filling customer orders. Also, they don't seem to get it when you ask them to leave something out of an order, even though they confirmed when the order was placed that the ingredient could be left out. Case in point: this morning I ordered a breakfast sandwich with NO BELL PEPPERS. I get the order and go all the way back to my office 2 blocks away, 25 floors up, and guess what? Yep, they put in bell peppers! So I go all the way back to get a new sandwich w/o bell peppers and they do it again! You see what I mean? Jeebus.
